Prescription process
- Searches for "ozempic", "wegovy" and "semaglutide" in the online store returned no semaglutide products.
- Local customers "within Nelspruit and White River" can send a script to one of the dispensary WhatsApp lines, such as 066 192 1703 for Crossing Centre.
- The dispensary can also be reached at meds@mopani.co.za. The site does not set out how customers elsewhere in South Africa send a prescription.
- No online doctor consultation is offered on the pages we checked.
Delivery
- The FAQ states "We deliver across South Africa", and online orders are dispatched from the Mpumalanga warehouse.
- Published fees: free on standard (metropolitan) orders of R600 and above, R75 below that; R150 for non-metropolitan and remote areas. Nelspruit and White River orders under R600 cost R20.
- Published times: within 2 hours in Nelspruit for orders before 15h00; 2 to 3 working days to metropolitan areas; 3 to 7 working days elsewhere.
- The site does not say how fridge-line medicine such as semaglutide is kept cold in transit.
Returns and refunds
- The FAQ states that "Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, medication, personal care) may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons."
- Online returns are accepted within 30 days through online@mopani.co.za, and wrong or damaged items are collected at no charge.
- There is no separate rule for returning prescription medicines.

Hours differ by branch. The Crossing Centre dispensary lists consultation hours of Monday to Friday 8h00 to 18h00, Saturday 9h00 to 14h00, and Sunday and public holidays 9h00 to 13h00. The site states the dispensary is available "7 days a week at any one of our four stores, within our trading hours".
